A thought-provoking seminar featuring Professor Dr. Hassan Nassrat titled “A Scientific Exploration into the Origin of Life and the Diversity of Creatures on Earth.” Dr. Nassrat is a distinguished professor who has previously lectured at the Faculty of Medicine at King Abdulaziz University. He is a renowned scholar and prolific writer focusing on unravelling the mysteries of life’s creation.
Professor. Nassrat’s presentation raises a profound question: How did this immense diversity of creatures, so numerous that we can hardly count them, come into existence? Was there a sudden unveiling of this vast array of life forms, as if these countless species of plants and animals were awaiting the arrival of humankind, the central characters in this grand spectacle, the only ones capable of comprehending its intricacies?
This perspective challenges conventional beliefs and suggests it does not align with the natural creation process. Just as the universe underwent stages of preparation and maturation spanning approximately fourteen billion years, life on Earth also experienced a journey of inception, maturation, and diversification. This gradual evolution culminated in the rich tapestry of plant and animal species that surround us today, each with its unique form and characteristics.
The Human Foundation extends this invitation to the public and requests attendees to register their names. The event is open to all, and there is no admission fee. Following the seminar, there will be a reception in honour of Professor Nassrat, providing an opportunity for further discussion and networking.
